Sector Project Lead - Healthcare, Directed Content

Location: Remote within the United States; New York, New York, United States

Base compensation: $110,000–$130,000 USD per year, plus potential performance-based bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and process initiatives that improve Directed Content operational performance.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams on healthcare-related product input, feature evaluation, and quality assurance.
• Review expert transcripts, including interviews conducted by AI interviewers and third-party vendors.
• Identify and develop healthcare-directed content streams for AI-led interviewing.
• Highlight high-value healthcare content for promotional and other content initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback, establish improvement loops, and optimize AI-enabled tools for throughput and QA precision.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research at a sell-side bank, investment firm, hedge fund, research provider, or expert network, or comparable healthcare industry experience.
• Deep healthcare expertise, including knowledge of key players, business models, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and achieve business targets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an environment where information-sharing is important.
• Client-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
