Localized Content Specialist with Brazilian Portuguese

What you will do

• Assess online video content and the performance of a large multilingual contributor community.
• Measure adherence to strict guidelines and identify potential quality issues.
• Enter data carefully for trend analysis and follow-up.
• Conduct ongoing root cause analysis of individual contributor performance issues.
• Develop reports and trends for action and support Quality Controllers.
• Continuously review work and stay current with available guidelines and instructions.

Requirements

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GSuite.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with the ability to provide expertise across the business and to customers.
• Awareness of current events and the political landscape.
• Third-level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Strong research skills and the ability to read and understand complex guidelines and apply them to user behavior.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Confidence, experience, and knowledge using internet-based technologies and conducting online research in day-to-day work.
