Client Services Associate II - Language Services

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico

hirify.global is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, with the role based in the Author Collaboration Unit at Mapi Research Trust.

What you will do

• Analyze and standardize original and translated materials according to established processes.
• Coordinate translation deliveries and communication with COA developers and copyright holders.
• Liaise with operations, scientific personnel, customer service, account managers, and executives.
• Clarify complex contract specifications and manage electronic document signatures.
• Develop and maintain filing, tracking, and knowledge-management tools for source files and data.
• Collect and analyze data, conduct author-account information searches, and support account management and bid-defense activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operational support, or an equivalent role.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced, fully fluent English proficiency.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, continuous improvement, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage project priorities and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistic validation or scientific document management.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, quality assurance, or contract research organisations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, COA/eCOA, and CRO terminology.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
