What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of assigned language and translation projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while following project-specific instructions.
• Work with sales staff to clarify project parameters and communicate issues, caveats, and additional information.
• Build and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure translations comply with instructions and meet linguistic quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints, collaborate with QA and management, and support systemic improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time management.
