Web Project Coordinator (WordPress/Shopify)

Location: Fully remote, preferred location global; 40 hours per week during standard US Mountain Time working hours, with some flexibility.

Salary: USD 1,800–2,500 per month

Digital delivery operations for a remote team specializing in WordPress and Shopify websites, e-commerce, applications, integrations, hosting, and ongoing digital services.

What you will do

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate assignments, follow-ups, deliverables, and communication across clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and external partners.
• Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and identify blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Translate client requests into actionable tasks and collect content, approvals, access, and other project inputs.
• Support WordPress and Shopify updates, QA, SOP documentation, process improvements, and workflow adherence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments.
• Strong experience with project management tools such as Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.
• Excellent organization, communication, accountability, and follow-through across multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify blockers, missing information, dependencies, and project risks.
• Ability to work remotely during standard US Mountain Time working hours; working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts is preferred.
