Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Consolidate project team action items, track completion, and coordinate reporting standardization and lessons learned.
• Create templates, organize documentation, and ensure project data is accurate, accessible, and validated with partners.
• Develop operational dashboards and a live reporting tool for real-time progress reporting, trending, data validation, and regional communications.
• Prepare executive reports communicating trends, patterns, and predictions from program data.
• Manage the annual contract extension matrix and ensure amendments are completed on time.
• Support the vendor program, including pipeline management, contracts, onboarding, and monthly reporting updates.

Requirements

• Experience performing data analysis for a large project.
• Experience collecting and interpreting data, analyzing results, and creating automated reports for stakeholder review.
• Experience using statistical tools to interpret datasets, with attention to trends and patterns relevant to diagnostic and predictive analytics.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and deliver complex analysis supporting strategic business decisions.
