Regulatory & Localization Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role at locations in Golden Valley, Minnesota; Louisville, Kentucky; or Aurora, Illinois, United States

Salary: USD $108,340–$184,460 per year, varying by work location. Additional examples include $130,008–$221,352 in Melville, New York and $135,425–$230,575 in New York City.

What you will do

• Maintain regulatory compliance strategies for product documentation and packaging.
• Manage regulatory information, certifications, labels, nameplates, unique IDs, and white-label packaging.
• Track agency submissions and responses, coordinating cross-functional feedback and corrective actions.
• Partner with product management, engineering, documentation, training, and regulatory teams on compliance and translation processes.
• Enable product resale across countries and regions in the Americas and Europe through regulatory compliance and localization.
• Coach documentation and training staff on agency compliance and translation processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with product regulations and certifications in at least two areas such as safety, home comfort, security, or energy efficiency.
• Experience with agency approval processes.
• Experience creating technical documentation and packaging containing detailed regulatory and certification information.
• Experience with trademark and copyright requirements in technical literature.
• Experience working in a global team.
• This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.
