• Provide second-line technical support and bridge communication between users and developers.

• Rapidly build functional prototypes through white-coding to guide product decisions.
• Share technical insights with development teams and contribute to product improvements.
• Use user interactions to improve the product and its user experience.

Requirements

• Programming experience and a strong interest in hands-on technical problem solving.
• Ability to understand and diagnose complex technical user issues.
• Ability to create functional prototypes quickly and maintain clean implementation quality.
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly with users and developers.
• Must be able to work remotely from Sweden.
