Product Manager & Designer (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Set priorities, hypotheses, and scope across two multidisciplinary teams.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with engineers using Figma or comparable tools.
• Use AI to explore solutions, build interactive prototypes, and turn opportunities into testable product experiences.
• Work with users, feedback, analytics, and experiments to evaluate product outcomes.
• Help teams decide what to improve, continue, or stop.
• Resolve stakeholder dependencies and share product and design learnings across the organisation.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently create and improve user flows, wireframes, and testable prototypes through research and feedback.
• Practical AI-native product development experience beyond drafting text or generating isolated concepts.
• Experience using user insights, analytics, hypotheses, and experiments to guide decisions and evaluate AI-generated output.
• Ability to balance parallel priorities, build relationships, and create visibility across teams and the wider organisation.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription products, streaming, or other consumer digital services.
