Product Manager Digi and I&C

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital and Instrumentation & Control service solutions for industrial steam turbines.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from customer and market needs through project definition, development, launch, commercialization, continuous improvement, and phase-out.
• Translate customer and market needs into digitalization, automation, and control-system products that improve reliability, operational efficiency, and customer value.
• Lead R&D and innovation initiatives, manage priorities and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop value propositions, business models, pricing approaches, and go-to-market strategies for service products.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and ensure products meet safety, cybersecurity, quality, and industry requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering, control systems, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Several years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or business development within power generation, industrial automation, or a comparable technical environment.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems such as PCS 7, T3000, or Turloop, plus an understanding of programming concepts and software integration.
• Ability to convert digitalization, automation, and control-system capabilities into valuable products and solutions.
• Experience leading projects, managing stakeholders, communicating technical matters commercially, and working independently in a global environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and willingness to travel for customer interaction, collaboration, and industry events.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with C# for enterprise systems and services.
