Product Manager - Card (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first with the option to work remotely one day per week

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for the credit card product.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to improve customer experience, spend engagement, and feature adoption.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to lead a cross-functional card team.
• Own card products and features from ideation through launch.
• Improve the mobile app and expense management experience for business owners.
• Monitor activation, transaction volume, interchange economics, market trends, and commercial performance.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex products through the full development lifecycle.
• Background or strong expertise in mobile apps, expense management, credit cards, payment processing, or commercial card operations.
• Experience with structured product discovery, quantitative data analysis, and iterative experimentation.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, card management integrations, and system dependencies.
• Experience in fintech, card issuing, merchant processing, or other regulated financial environments is preferred.
