Generalist, Talent & Culture

Location: Hybrid in Universal City, California, United States; office attendance required at least four days per week.

Salary: $70,304–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Support employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, status changes, leave processes, separations, and employee data updates.
• Advise employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, accommodations, timekeeping, leave, and available resources.
• Support employee relations cases, investigations, crisis response, exit interviews, and escalation of sensitive or legally complex matters.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, development planning, engagement surveys, recognition, and change initiatives.
• Maintain HR reporting, workforce analytics, documentation, process governance, data quality, service-level agreements, and compliance records.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HR Business Partners, and other centers of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Human Resources experience in a large-scale, fast-paced environment preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of employee relations and staffing, with the ability to coach managers and team members through difficult issues.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, analytical, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with an HRIS such as SAP preferred.
• Ability to work in the Universal City office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
