Senior Technical Product Manager (Fleet Ops)

What you will do

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap across remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Gather customer and operator feedback, prioritize needs, and scope phased milestones with instrumentation for data-driven iteration.
• Translate product needs into system requirements, test plans, acceptance criteria, and executable requirements for engineering teams.
• Participate in system design with Infrastructure and Systems Engineering teams, balancing features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
• Coordinate roadmap commitments, dependencies, and blockers with Program Management.
• Lead communication across UX, infrastructure, autonomy, operations, engineering, senior leadership, and external customers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling where reliability and real-time performance are non-negotiable.
• Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience building teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to engage with infrastructure teams, read system design documents, reason about real-time system constraints, and challenge technical decisions that do not serve product goals.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• Understanding of dispatch, routing, and resource allocation systems.
• Familiarity with airport, airline, or large-scale fleet operations.
