Senior Product Manager, Sovereign & Hybrid Deployments (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid role requiring work from the Berlin, Haarlem, or Ljubljana office 3 days per week

Salary: €75,000–€93,700 gross annually in the Netherlands

What you will do

• Conduct discovery with high-security enterprise and government stakeholders and establish defensible product priorities.
• Define phased customer journeys for platform installation, joint-operations training, and transition to autonomous customer-operated environments.
• Translate operational and security requirements into precise technical specifications for Core Infrastructure and Engineering.
• Develop standardized building blocks for extending the platform into edge and air-gapped environments.
• Define boundaries between core platform capabilities and Professional Services customizations, including extension hooks and interfaces.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management focused on enterprise platforms, hybrid cloud deployments, or complex infrastructure products.
• Experience productizing cloud-native software for customer-managed infrastructure, enterprise VPCs, or air-gapped data centers.
• Ability to understand complex enterprise and government workflows and identify common operational requirements.
• Conceptual knowledge of hybrid infrastructure patterns such as AWS Outposts, Azure Stack, Kubernetes-based enterprise platforms, Terraform, or Vault.
• Experience separating core platform roadmap items from custom Professional Services extensions.
• Strong attention to detail when mapping operational transitions, training milestones, and access handoffs.
