Product Manager

What you will do

• Define and deliver a prioritised roadmap focused on measurable outcomes.
• Conduct regular user research and interviews to understand jobs to be done.
• Test hypotheses through analytics, frequent shippable increments, and iterative experiments.
• Use data to identify opportunities and track product success.
• Communicate progress and product direction through storytelling and inclusive communication across the business.
• Collaborate company-wide with a high level of autonomy and use modern tooling, including AI, to accelerate time to value.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Manager owning software products end-to-end.
• A track record of delivery in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in shaping workflows and tooling for internal teams.
• Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency with SQL and product analytics.
• Technical literacy and comfort collaborating with engineers.
• Demonstrable ability to thrive in a high-freedom, high-agency culture.
• Interest in sustainability, green energy, and zero-emissions transport.

Nice to have

• Python experience or experience working with technical teams.
• Experience running A/B tests.
