Company

hirify.global builds co-branded credit card programs and payment infrastructure for brands, combining intelligent underwriting, customer data, and operational capabilities to create financial products without requiring partners to become banks.

What you will do

  • Own credit card acquisition strategy across prescreen and invitation-to-apply direct mail, card marketplaces, affiliates, paid search, paid social, and third-party email.
  • Translate go-to-market and partner objectives into acquisition plans covering segments, channel mix, offers, flighting, budgets, creative requirements, and KPIs.
  • Develop budget recommendations, allocate approved budgets, and optimize for approved account volume, cost per account, payback, and credit quality.
  • Build acquisition infrastructure, playbooks, operating standards, launch cadences, SLAs, and measurement processes for partner programs.
  • Own direct mail, marketplace, affiliate, paid media, and third-party email execution, including audience selection, offers, creative, vendors, agencies, publishers, and partners.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for spend, applications, approvals, activation, early spend, delinquency, attribution, incrementality, and channel performance; coordinate testing with Product, Design, Analytics, Creative, Lifecycle, Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and bank partners.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of performance or direct marketing experience with direct ownership of credit card or consumer lending acquisition channels and budgets.
  • Hands-on experience running prescreen or invitation-to-apply direct mail programs, including credit bureau and list vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated success growing approved account volume while improving cost per account and maintaining credit quality in partnership with Credit and Risk teams.
  • Working knowledge of FCRA, TILA/Reg Z, UDAAP, and ECOA/Reg B, with experience moving creative through Legal, Compliance, and bank review.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of paid search, paid social, affiliates and card marketplaces, and direct mail; working knowledge across all four is preferred.
  • Experience managing direct execution alongside agency or vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical capability in card acquisition economics, attribution modeling, funnel diagnostics, cohort analysis, and holdout testing.
  • Experience building operating processes, cadences, SLAs, and playbooks in addition to running campaigns.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-partner environment while balancing partner-specific requirements with scalable infrastructure.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting budget recommendations and performance results to senior commercial stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Co-branded credit card experience at an issuer, program manager, or brand partner.
  • Experience with pre-qualified offer programs on card marketplaces such as Credit Karma Lightbox or Experian Activate.
  • Experience building response and approval models with Data Science.
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing or media mix modeling.
  • Experience coordinating with CRM and Lifecycle teams on suppression and frequency management.

  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Fully covered healthcare, including dependent coverage, with access to One Medical and an optional FSA.
