Growth Content Lead (Healthcare AI)

Location: Full-time onsite in San Francisco, United States

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 annual base salary, based on experience

What you will do

• Lead growth content across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, website content, and landing-page experiences.
• Develop creative briefs, evaluate hooks and messaging, coordinate creative production, and maintain a biweekly paid creative testing cadence.
• Manage paid campaign testing and connect performance to bookings and completed appointments.
• Improve website and landing-page clarity, conversion, search performance, implementation, and content quality.
• Plan and optimize lifecycle communications, audiences, triggers, and patient journeys from initial interest through follow-up.
• Partner with Growth, Design, SEO, Engineering, analysts, agencies, and creators to launch and measure improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth or content marketing, including hands-on paid acquisition and campaign performance work.
• Strong creative judgment across hooks, messages, formats, visual execution, and placement fit.
• Experience creating performance-informed briefs and partnering with designers, agencies, or creators.
• Experience writing or shaping website, landing-page, and lifecycle content focused on clarity and conversion.
• Ability to analyze paid, site, and lifecycle performance and connect content work to bookings and completed appointments.
• Strong organization, follow-through, writing, editing, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a lifecycle platform such as Resend.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on measurement, tracking, site implementation, or integrations.
