What you will do

• Support operational and financial restructuring through case work, client relationships, and the development of intellectual property and products.
• Deliver turnaround projects across multiple industries, focusing on operational restructuring and immediate performance improvement.
• Analyze financials, assess business situations, and formulate rapid action plans.
• Identify immediate improvement opportunities and advocate for their implementation with company leaders.
• Collaborate with BCG and client teams, sharing knowledge internally and at client sites.
• Support business development through client interactions and participation in industry events.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in turnaround and restructuring topics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with clients across various industries and helping them address complex challenges and create sustainable value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively in teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent oral and written German and English.
