Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant Intern

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Travel is required for client-facing work as needed. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization in Germany.

Salary: $7,500.00–$7,500.00

What you will do

• Work with project leadership to define project scope, develop approaches, organize project data, and coordinate team meetings.
• Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses concerning key client issues.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses to test hypotheses.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership, contribute to business development and internal firm activities, and support innovation within projects and practice areas.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while working across multiple projects.

Requirements

• First-year MBA student with a bachelor's degree, and often a graduate degree, in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of pre-MBA work experience.
• Strong analytic problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative outlook.
• Effective oral and written communication skills enabling personal impact with senior-level decision makers.
• Ability and motivation to lead and manage teams.
• High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, personal initiative, and attention to detail.
• Client service orientation, client-first mentality, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving approach.
• Fluency in English.
