Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Intern (Consulting)

Location: Hybrid, Frankfurt, Germany; work from home is combined with on-site presence at client and company offices. Travel is required for client-facing work as needed.

Salary: $3,500 per month.

What you will do

• Apply problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business problems.
• Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to implement solutions and own assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• Be about to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, with strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Strong motivation, work ethic, maturity, personal initiative, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset.
• Empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
• Aptitude for and enjoyment of teamwork, a collaborative spirit, and a problem-solving approach.
