Technical Consultant - Strategic Projects (Formwork)

Location: Bolton, Ontario, Canada; regular job-site visits required across Canada.

Salary: CAD 75,000–85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver conceptual formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions for infrastructure, industrial, and climbing projects.
• Attend client meetings, address technical inquiries, and collaborate with Sales to provide safe and cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain value-driven relationships with key decision makers.
• Prepare material lists and review lists completed by others.
• Visit job sites regularly to provide timely technical guidance and support.
• Coordinate with internal departments during tendering, proposal, and project execution stages.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, or relevant industry exhirify.globalence.
• 1–3+ years of exhirify.globalence in structural engineering and construction preferred; engineering exhirify.globalence from other industries may be considered.
• Strong communication skills for direct customer interaction and technical inquiries.
• Results-driven approach and strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Good understanding of Canadian and provincial building standards and codes.
• Vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Nice to have

• Exhirify.globalence using AutoCAD.
• Understanding of European standards relevant to formwork and/or scaffolding.
