Location: Must be able to work at the Project Office in Hamilton, ON (Hybrid: 3 days/week)

Salary: CAD 110,000–140,000 per annum

What you will do

• Develop sanitary, storm, and watermain relocation designs and manage combined sewer decommissioning.
• Lead civil and utility components of major projects from inception to completion.
• Manage hydraulic inputs, prepare approval packages, and coordinate with transportation and dry utility disciplines.
• Prepare technical designs, specifications, reports, and proposals.
• Provide mentorship to team members and resolve technical conflicts to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure all designs comply with municipal standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• P.Eng License required.
• 4–8+ years of experience in a similar engineering role.
• Must be able to work at the Project Office in Hamilton, ON (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
• Proficiency with CAD tools (MicroStation, Inroads/Open Roads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Experience with sewer and watermain design calculation and modeling tools (Infoworks, EPANET).

Nice to have

• Direct experience with GTA public and private utility companies.
• Demonstrated expertise in transportation infrastructure design and delivery.
