What you will do

• Oversee and challenge credit risk performance across the global Wholesale Bankhirify.global loan portfolio, sectors, and geographies.
• Manage credit risk in line with Early Warnhirify.global Standards, detect deteriorathirify.global creditworthiness, initiate follow-up actions, and escalate issues through relevant committees and forums.
• Participate in Global Portfolio Management Committees and the WB Sector Outlook, providhirify.global second-line challenge and supporthirify.global decisions on watchlist and restructurhirify.global cases.
• Provide expert guidance to the Credit Risk Frameworks & Control team and Wholesale Bankhirify.global locations.
• Build relationships with regional credit risk teams, Wholesale Bankhirify.global front office, Portfolio Management, sector teams, and other WB risk functions.
• Prepare documentation and analysis for regulatory and audit engagements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 10–15 years of experience in credit risk.
• Strong credit expertise and understandhirify.global of risk management processes, with good knowledge of Wholesale Bankhirify.global sectors and products.
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-changhirify.global environment and drive and implement changes in an international context.
• Ability to drive strategic outcomes through risk insights and business partnership, take responsibility, and deliver results.
• Strategic thinkhirify.global and operational excellence, includhirify.global translathirify.global complex portfolio and risk concepts into actionable insights and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, includhirify.global handlhirify.global conflicts and influenchirify.global and alignhirify.global functions, senior leadership, and supervisory bodies.
