- Lead the technical architecture of the PSP2 Agentic Network, covering agent orchestration, model inference, data access, APIs, platform services, network boundaries, observability, and secure deployment patterns.
- Evaluate JWICS hosting and cloud landing-zone alternatives, document tradeoffs, and turn approved approaches into reliable, supportable systems.
- Deploy and operate LLM inference and agentic AI services, including model-serving endpoints, prompt and policy controls, retrieval and tool-use integrations, scaling, monitoring, performance tuning, and failure recovery.
- Build an unclassified platform for controlled storage, discovery, access, and sharing of releasable information with approved allies and partners.
- Design and validate approved cross-domain data-transfer patterns between unclassified environments and JWICS while preserving security, release, authorization, and governance controls.
- Perform hardening, integration and performance testing, security validation, troubleshooting, operational-readiness verification, documentation, technical support, and technical direction for engineering teams.
Requirements
