Senior Staff AI Deployment Strategist

Salary: $112,900–$182,600 per year, with potential bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own business outcomes, ROI realization, user adoption, and executive value reporting across enterprise AI engagements.
• Govern parallel workstreams covering agent orchestration, security guardrails, data pipelines, UI integration, and change management.
• Redesign client workflows around AI capabilities and lead organizational change, user feedback, and adoption programs.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business needs into technical user stories and protect engineering focus.
• Manage executive stakeholders, engagement scope, operational blockers, and delivery cadences.
• Identify expansion opportunities and convert successful proofs of concept into multi-year enterprise deployments.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, forward-deployed engineering, technical account management, or strategic roles in B2B SaaS or AI companies.
• Deep expertise in enterprise AI deployments, large language models, multi-agent systems, and digital workflow transformation.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to build business cases, model ROI, design KPIs, and re-engineer complex operational processes.
• Technical fluency in engineering trade-offs, guardrail evaluation, latency, accuracy, and data integration patterns.
• Strong organizational design, user adoption, and behavioral change management experience.
