Start Up Project Manager (Clinical Trials)

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States; travel for client meetings and trainings as needed

What you will do

• Manage the implementation lifecycle for new client projects from kickoff through initial launch using a consultative approach.
• Implement low- to medium-complexity startup projects and manage multiple implementations in parallel.
• Lead project discussions with client and study teams covering plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, escalate complex issues, and drive timely problem solving and communication.
• Monitor project scope, financials, schedules, documentation, and trackers using Greenphire tool sets.
• Prepare study transition materials and support onboarding across multiple business units.

Requirements

• Relevant project management experience and/or training.
• Project management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
