Senior Clinical Project Manager (Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolic)

Salary: $93,100–$232,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans, processes, tools, and training.
• Act as the primary liaison for sponsors and provide transparent updates on risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Set objectives for cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, timelines, quality metrics, scope changes, and change control.
• Identify and resolve risks, lead corrective and preventative actions, support bid defenses, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• More than 7 years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience managing complex, global clinical trials and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks proactively.

• Experience leading bid defenses and client engagements.
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic therapeutics.
