Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Data)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; travel up to 25% for key customer engagements and strategic meetings.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-priority enterprise projects from contract initiation through delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison for strategic accounts and executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, timelines, resources, ROI metrics, and customer objectives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams including solution architects, implementation consultants, customer success managers, and technical support.
• Facilitate technical workshops, develop project plans and data-flow documentation, and guide customers on implementation best practices.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve offerings, support adoption, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in strategic consulting or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with large-scale data integration and migration initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, including EMRs, integration engines, and population health or analytics platforms.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, analytical, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and project management methodologies; PMP and Agile certifications are preferred.
