Graduate Environmental Advisor - Immediate Start

Location: Warrington, UK, with regular travel to project sites across the UK.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day environmental assurance across active construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with environmental obligations, permits, reporting requirements, the environmental management system, and legal requirements.
• Identify environmental deliverables and workstreams and help incorporate them into project schedules.
• Provide specialist advice to colleagues and subcontractors on regulatory compliance and environmental matters.
• Attend site meetings, audits, and inspections with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Review waste management plans, transfer documentation, permitting submissions, and environmental monitoring processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in environmental science or management.
• Knowledge of UK environmental legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to commit to regular travel to project sites across the UK.
• Availability to start full-time work by December 2026 at the latest.
• Commitment to the company values and motivation to successfully complete the two-year graduate programme.
