Nature Recovery Works Supervisor

Location: Initially based at hirify.global’s Yorkshire Office in Pickering, moving to the Dalby Forest Office in early 2028. Regular travel across hirify.global’s Yorkshire estate and occasional overnight trips outside Yorkshire are required.

Salary: £30,105 per annum

What you will do

• Plan nature-focused land management operations that deliver measurable environmental outcomes.
• Supervise contractors and on-the-ground works across Yorkshire’s landscapes.
• Work closely with the Nature Recovery Forester and wider hirify.global teams.
• Support biodiversity, habitat restoration, and nature recovery initiatives across the estate.
• Coordinate work that contributes to large-scale conservation outcomes in forests and open habitats.

Requirements

• Experience in land management.
• Experience supervising contracts or contractors.
• Ability to plan and oversee practical nature recovery and conservation works.
• Ability to work from the designated Yorkshire offices and travel regularly across the Yorkshire estate.
• Accurate spoken English is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and the government Baseline Personnel Security Standard check.
