What you will do

• Maintain HSEQ training matrices, records, reports, and performance data.
• Support compliance monitoring against health, safety, environmental, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate actions from audits, inspections, investigations, and compliance reviews.
• Assist with incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective-action tracking.
• Support HSEQ objectives, improvement plans, internal audits, safety communications, and awareness materials.
• Maintain waste-management records and monitor environmental processes.

Requirements

• Experience in a health and safety, HSEQ, compliance, or similar coordination role.
• Practical experience supporting health, safety, environmental, or compliance activities.
• Experience coordinating projects, actions, and improvement initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, record keeping, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Awareness of current UK health, safety, and environmental legislation. IOSH, NEBOSH, or a similar qualification is required, or the candidate must be actively working towards one.
