Sustainability Coordinator (ESG)

Location: Icon 1, WA15 0AF, UK, Manchester; office-based role.

What you will do

• Analyse data for Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions calculations and support carbon footprint reporting.
• Support production of SECR, TCFD, and other ESG disclosures and assessments.
• Lead cross-functional projects that embed the Group’s sustainability strategy and meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across hirify.global to integrate sustainability into business decision-making.
• Review ESG performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements across the organisation.
• Maintain knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting requirements, including ISSB, UK SRS, CRSD, and ESOS.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in sustainability.
• Experience with greenhouse gas analysis and reporting across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and confidence to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent project and time management skills, sound judgement, and decision-making ability in an ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to manage and analyse complex datasets to produce reports.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of hirify.global’s own-brand products and complex business structure.
• Experience using a variety of AI tools to increase efficiency and identify process improvements.
