TL;DR

Logistics Coordinator (Supply Chain): Managing inbound logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL coordination, and local distribution for Malaysia and Singapore with an accent on compliance, shipment tracking, and financial processing. Focus on coordinating instrument deliveries, managing controlled-product requirements, conducting stock counts and audits, and resolving billing issues.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; on-site role. Travel: 20–30%, mostly within the country and occasionally overseas.

What you will do

Oversee warehouse operations across Malaysia and Singapore, including administrative support for product labeling.
Ensure compliance for controlled drug and poison drug movement.
Conduct annual stock counts and manage internal, hirify.global, and ISO audits.
Track inbound shipments and coordinate instrument deliveries.
Procure packing materials and consumables, verify and process bills, and initiate GOPE, NC, or credit notes to resolve issues.

Requirements

Graduate qualification.
Experience working in a multinational company in a similar role.

Nice to have

Education in supply chain management or logistics management.
