Logistics Coordinator (Freight and Shipping)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day customer service to customers, vendors, and colleagues across global offices and branches.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, arrival notices, pre-alerts, and invoices.
• Perform administrative and documentation tasks for logistics operations.
• Improve existing business processes in cooperation with the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution.
• At least two years of experience in sea freight, airfreight, or the shipping industry.
• Basic knowledge of computer software packages.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Customer-oriented, mature, independent, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with others.
• Supervisory skills, integrity, and commitment; knowledge of HS codes, customs, and government regulations is advantageous.
