Technical Workstream Delivery Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute technical, integration, and AI workstream plans aligned with overall program goals.
• Lead daily technical delivery, coordinating resources, suppliers, stakeholders, and milestones.
• Oversee technical designs, APIs, interfaces, and engineering outputs against architecture, security, and operational standards.
• Embed validation and quality assurance processes and produce inspection-ready evidence for GxP environments.
• Coordinate implementation teams and third-party vendors, manage dependencies, and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate automation and AI opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in enterprise integration, APIs, middleware, and cloud/SaaS delivery.
• Experience leading technical workstreams within complex enterprise programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering technical components in validated GxP environments with traceability and inspection readiness.
• Strong coordination skills across solution architects, engineers, and external partners.
• AI fluency and practical use of automation tools in engineering contexts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cornerstone or comparable LMS implementations.
• Background in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Certifications in cloud, architecture, or engineering domains.
