Interim Partner Implementation Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Lead partner onboarding, marketplace expansion, and solution upgrade projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Coordinate external partners with Integrations, Pricing, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
• Manage technical integration lifecycles involving APIs, CSV/XML feeds, plugins, and existing marketplace capabilities.
• Coordinate UAT, test orders, returns processing, and resolution of data-flow issues before launch.
• Train partners on marketplace platforms and operational processes so they can work independently after launch.
• Lead global rollouts, pilot new tools, and improve SOPs, integration documentation, and training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, B2B partner onboarding, e-commerce operations, or software implementation.
• Conceptual understanding of REST APIs, XML/CSV feeds, middleware, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships and competing commercial, operational, and technical priorities.
• Structured approach to QA, UAT, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting catalogue or order-flow issues.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple implementation cycles, milestones, and SLAs.
• Fluent English is required.
