Digital Workplace - Service Coordinator - Security & Governance

Location: Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal; hybrid remote/office setup with remote work permitted within Portugal

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on global projects covering Digital Workplace, IAM, and M365 services.
• Plan project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines with IT leadership and project managers.
• Coordinate and delegate initiatives across multiple projects to support consistent execution.
• Work with Digital Workplace and Endpoint teams to improve key services and deliver innovation.
• Partner with IAM Operations to improve support processes and manage complex issues in the global Microsoft tenant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Business Administration field.
• Proven experience with enterprise security processes and best practices.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating IT service projects and initiatives.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
