Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Portugal; hybrid working model.

What you will do

• Serve as the main client contact from point of sale through deployment.
• Gather customer system requirements and business objectives.
• Assess platform configuration options and advise on best practices for successful deployment.
• Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies, maintain detailed project plans, and communicate status internally and externally.
• Analyze operational data to scale internal workstreams and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams; report and escalate risks to management when deadlines are at risk.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, and/or Customer Success Manager.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry, plus experience in project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work with product specialists and development teams on delivery and roadmap topics.
• A can-do approach and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Passion for learning the Bob product, tech-savviness, desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR.
• German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Spanish language skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and web-based technologies.
• Experience with Asana, Slack, Quip, or Zendesk.
