Configuration Analyst (Arabic, Russian, French)

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for hirify.global client institutions and processors in the assigned region.
• Manage routine and non-routine processing and change requests and support client initiatives.
• Act as the client liaison, provide problem management, gather requirements, and support service and system enhancements.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet hirify.global and client objectives, delivery commitments, and processing performance standards.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, issue logs, monthly accomplishment reports, and internal support documentation.
• Support biannual business enhancements and hirify.global mandates while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a technical support role.
• Fluency in Arabic, Russian, and French.
• Experience managing project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external resources for project delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.
• Experience providing client consultative guidance and gathering requirements.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience proactively identifying processing efficiencies and supporting system enhancements.
• Experience representing client system and operational requirements to internal organizations.
• Experience updating and enhancing internal support documents.
• Experience supporting business enhancements and mandates.
