Project Field Coordinator (Climate-Resilient Agriculture)

Location: Ilagan, Isabela or Tuguegarao, Cagayan Province, Philippines, with field missions in Isabela and Cagayan Province.

What you will do

• Support project workplanning, scoping, mapping, LGU engagement, priority-area targeting, household profiling, GEDSI assessment, and baseline data collection.
• Coordinate with provincial and local governments, stakeholders, community organizations, farmers, local groups, and partner agencies to implement project activities.
• Conduct field visits and oversee beneficiary targeting and registration, training, social preparation, cash-plus and cash-for-work activities, and deployment of agricultural inputs, equipment, and technologies.
• Provide community-level technical and coordination support for climate-resilient practices, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainable agriculture and fisheries interventions.
• Organize trainings, workshops, field demonstrations, procurement and logistics activities, distributions, and cash-based intervention monitoring.
• Support MEAL activities, beneficiary database management, output and outcome tracking, reporting, knowledge management, stakeholder meetings, and resolution of operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Development Studies, Community Development or Organizing, or another sustainable development-related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in agriculture or rural development, project implementation, capacity building, and coordination with national or regional government structures, NGOs, private-sector organizations, and UN agencies.
• National of the Philippines.
• Working knowledge of English at level C.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to an evolving and complex humanitarian context and multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino, including report writing.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• General knowledge of standard software such as MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of relevant local dialects.
