Project Management Senior Specialist (Travel Technology)

Location: Manila, Metro Manila; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite in Taguig. Some flexibility may be required for global collaboration across time zones.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery across digital and data platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Support multiple cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration, continuous improvement, and team empowerment.
• Apply Agile practices, including iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog reprioritization, and release milestone forecasting based on team velocity.
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare work orders and scope documentation, maintain project records, use Power BI for analytics and reporting, and align expectations with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Agile/Scrum Practice, Business/System Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, Software Development, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience applying both Agile and traditional project management approaches.
• Experience overseeing multifunctional projects with at least 5 team members, including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers.
• Sufficient technical background to collaborate effectively with development teams and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
• Proven ability to manage software development projects and deliver agreed objectives, goals, and commitments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, assess risks, and facilitate decisions.
• Willingness to use and learn AI-based tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for business and customer engagement; ability to collaborate with customers and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
