Senior Project Manager - Legal Regulatory and Community Projects

What you will do

• Lead complex, regulatory-driven transformation initiatives in the financial services sector.
• Manage projects end to end, from initiation and planning through execution, completion, and closure.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation measures, and manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality standards, governance requirements, and delivery methodologies are followed.
• Prepare management status reports and present project results.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in IT project or program management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Makati City, Philippines.
