Product Manager (AppSec)

Location: Remote, Ramat Gan, Israel

What you will do

• Own the OX Code product strategy, vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
• Work with engineering to define, scope, and ship product features.
• Partner with the Platform Product Manager to maintain a consistent experience across the OX platform.
• Conduct customer discovery calls, feedback loops, and design partnerships.
• Translate complex security workflows into clear requirements and simple user experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on launches, positioning, and field enablement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating or managing an AppSec program.
• Product management experience, including ownership of a product or significant product area.
• Deep understanding of the AppSec practitioner’s world, including SAST, SCA, secrets, CI/CD security, and vulnerability triage and remediation.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to build trust with customers, engineers, and stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to make clear decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and its security implications.
