Director, Product Management – Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, on-site in Tel Aviv, Israel; office visits twice a week once the development center is established.

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year CTEM strategy, vision, and portfolio roadmap, including the Asset and Risk Platform and adjacent Proactive Security capabilities.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and retain product managers while building succession depth and shaping the organization as the portfolio grows.
• Set investment priorities, make portfolio trade-offs, and align roadmaps, resources, and dependencies with Engineering and Product leadership.
• Represent CTEM with enterprise customers, partners, executives, and industry analysts, including analyst evaluations and executive briefings.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market.
• Define portfolio metrics, drive build-or-buy and partner decisions, and establish a culture of customer obsession, data-driven decisions, and disciplined execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, Cloud Security, or closely related markets.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers, including senior or principal-level individual contributors.
• Experience owning strategy and outcomes for a multi-product or platform portfolio rather than a single product.
• Deep understanding of CTEM, CAASM, attack surface management, and consolidating asset and exposure data from heterogeneous sources.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud security concepts, and asset discovery and normalization at scale.
• Ability to influence across a large, matrixed organization and align executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and engaging with customers and industry analysts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex platform concepts to executive, technical, and go-to-market audiences.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.
• BS degree in an applicable field.

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience with graph databases, data lakes, and modern data architectures for security telemetry at scale.
• Experience with adversary emulation, breach and attack simulation, or exposure validation.
