HR Operations – Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant (Global Role)

Location: Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland; hybrid work model with 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Manage global HR Operations continuous improvement initiatives from concept development through implementation and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with HR Operations leaders across regions to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Standardize, simplify, and automate HR Operations processes while improving operational excellence.
• Use data and structured problem-solving methods to identify issues, develop solutions, and deliver measurable results.
• Support adoption of new tools, technologies, frameworks, and ways of working to improve operational efficiency.
• Build continuous improvement capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or GBS/SSC environments.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, engage senior stakeholders professionally, and communicate across all organizational levels.
• Solid project management capabilities and a structured, detail-oriented, deadline-driven approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Fluent professional English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience applying Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or AI-powered solutions within HR Operations, including identifying opportunities and translating them into practical business solutions.
• Practical experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow.
