Senior Manager, PMO (Fintech)

Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong; onsite role in the Tech department.

What you will do

• Oversee the technical project portfolio, resource allocation, and initiative prioritization for hirify.global Bank.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning and requirements translation through production release.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, scope, quality, and project changes.
• Coordinate product, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure implementations meet regulatory, security, operational, and engineering standards.
• Lead agile delivery improvements, training, mentorship, and corrective production operations.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in IT PMO or project delivery within banking or financial services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, project lifecycles, and risk management.
• Understanding of technology project deliverables, architecture design, and architecture principles.
• Ability to analyze project data, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and present complex information clearly.
• Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile software engineering practices, including automated testing, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or ITIL knowledge.
