What you will do

• Build expertise in electronic assembly, testing, fault finding, products, and manufacturing processes.
• Work with experienced engineers and technicians on manufacturing, engineering, quality, and process improvement activities.
• Participate in engineering and new product introduction projects and support validation activities.
• Learn Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies and gain exposure to ECNs and manufacturing systems.
• Progress toward leading engineering projects, solving complex technical challenges, and presenting work to senior leaders.
• Travel internationally for specialist product training.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in technology and engineering.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
