What you will do

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement manufacturing systems, processes, and procedures.
• Drive improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Analyse OEE, throughput, capacity, and manufacturing data to support operational decisions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Factory Physics principles to optimise manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage improvement initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop standardised processes and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently studying towards, or recently graduated in, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Analytical, data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, process analysis, 5S, and workplace organisation methodologies.
• Experience with Lean continuous improvement programmes, project management, capacity modelling, throughput analysis, or OEE improvement.
