6+ months of iGaming Customer Support experience
English C1+ and fluent Russian
Live Chat and ticketing experience
Willingness to make outbound calls
Availability for all 3 shifts, including nights
🕒 Shifts: 05:00–14:00 / 13:00–22:00 / 21:00–06:00 GMT+2
⚠️ Schedule rotates approximately monthly.
