Project Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of single-service clinical projects within the Accellacare programme.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and adherence to hirify.global standard operating procedures and study contracts.
• Provide progress reports, manage project changes, evaluate outcomes, and address risks and issues.

Requirements

• Experience working at a clinical research site in a site support, site activation, site partner, or project support coordination role.
• Previous experience managing clinical trials projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Confident communication skills, including face-to-face site negotiation and the ability to lead discussions.
• Strong time management, prioritisation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Fluent English communication, writing, and reading skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences.
